For the 14th straight year, Farmcraft and Dalby Rural Supplies will sponsor the 2019 CRT FarmFest held in picturesque Kingsthorpe, in the Darling Downs. “CRT FarmFest’s hugely diverse range of products reflects the broad tastes of all our visitors, from wine to wool and everything in between,” said Alistair Ross, Managing Director of Farmcraft.

“The festival has for many years catered to the needs of farmers while also offering a fantastic family fun day out in one of Australia’s greatest agricultural heartlands,” Mr. Ross added.

CRT FarmFest has undoubtedly become a one-stop-shop for all farmers, no matter what part of the industry they are in. With experts in areas like lighting, crop nutrients and solar pumps set to be at Kingsthorpe this year, organisers are sure attendees will find a solution for their every agricultural need.

As Queensland’s Premier Primary Industry Field Days, CRT FarmFest organisers have worked hard to ensure that this year’s event was even bigger than last year. “With 2,500 individual companies and organisations participating, there is more to see, more to compare and more to buy, with improved facilities, fantastic livestock action, more quality exhibitors, demonstrations and entertainment,” explained John Cullen from Dalby Rural.

CRT FarmFest is an event that draws a huge number of people, with suppliers from far and wide helping to attract over 60 000 visitors. “We always try to connect our farmers with everything they need to run a successful business and CRT FarmFest will help us do that by offering a vast range of products,” added Mr. Ross.

Mr. Cullen explained it was a rare opportunity for farmers, “It’s a great event not just because of the products available, but it gives farmers and suppliers the opportunity to network and share ideas and spark conversation.”

With more to see and do than ever before it is hoped the community will get behind CRT FarmFest and take the opportunity to share all that the field days have to offer. CRT FarmFest offers something for everyone and farmers are encouraged to bring the whole family along. “Queenslanders in particular have had a tough few years and we are aiming to bring some hope and inspiration to look to the future with some positivity,” said Mr. Cullen.

“We are proud to play such an important role in putting this event on for Queenslanders each year and look forward to enjoying everything that CRT FarmFest has to offer the local community and visitors from across the state,” said Mr. Ross.
